🔹1. You agree to have the rights, licenses or permissions to any and all designs or artworks submitted for printing or productions on any medium.🔹2: SpinTail does not verify ownership of submitted designs and is not responsible for any copyright or trademark issues that may arise.🔹3: You accept full responsibility and agree to cover any claims or issues related to the designs you provide.🔹4: Any content submitted must be legal for you to own or possess and also legal for us to produce in our location. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask!

  • Products

🔹1: We will do everything in our power to make colors as accurate as possible. However due to screen and printer variations some colors may appear slightly different when printed. We will do our best to compensate and calibrate printers to accommodate and send examples before proceeding.🔹2: Unless otherwise specified, stickers will include a small border (~5mm) to make peeling easier. This may slightly affect overall layout. A final layout preview will be sent for approval before printing.🔹3: We aim to use quality materials and rely on supplier specifications, reviews and customer feedback. However, we can’t guarantee lifespan and adhesion or color durability in every situation. If something doesn’t quite meet your expectations please reach out; we review these on a case by case basis and will try our best to make it right.🔹4: Due to the variety of applications our products can be used for, SpinTail is not responsible for damages or bodily harm caused by improper installation, misuse or environmental variables.🔹5: We will do our best to inform proper use and specifications of products we produce and welcome any feedback, questions, or concerns.   • Order and Processing Time

🔹1: We will try and fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will keep information up about current order processing times (check our Discord). Events out of our control can cause delays and will be announced here.🔹2: Large orders may take longer to process depending on demand. Smaller orders may be processed alongside other orders.🔹3: Orders will be confirmed for manufacturing once payment is made.🔹4: A rush charge may be applied for orders needed quickly. Any such charges will be a percent of the total cost and agreed upon before starting the order.🔹5: Cancellations after starting production may incur a fee depending where in production the items are.🔹6: We reserve the right to refuse service for any content that is unlawful or poses a risk to the business. If this happens we will reach out personally and explain our reasoning.

  • Refunds and Returns

🔹Custom work: Due to the nature of custom work, returns are accepted for material defects or manufacturing errors. If it's our fault, we want to make it right! For other concerns please reach out and we’ll review case by case.🔹SpinTail Creations: Non-custom items may be returned if unused and in original packaging; buyer pays return shipping. Some items (eg. Engraved cups) may not be eligible for return due to sanitary reasons. Replacements may be offered if defective.

  • Stance on Generative AI

SpinTail was founded by creators for creators. We never use or will use generative AI for end products, and we encourage those who we do business with to do the same. Thank you to all the creators who help keep this possible.
